we could make 1 week test every now and then even for clanmembers... some of them forgot how to spam CP, if u know what i mean

Why yes?) I like dex and want to play here 
I have some friends in top clans of Cadmus (1st off ru server), but they all consist from constant pts and i dont play there as vagabond or in bad clan )

about the bsoe part, yes, try to forget it pls. even if u are alone vs 9 players.. die with honor > all.. take my example, from my whole L2 exp i bsoed 2 times : 1 time when i had karma and 7pk-> got stunned-> dead-> dropped jwls/armor
2nd time bsoed with shogal from PI farm pt to go gank fast
